The Texas-based company said the filing is the latest addition to its intellectual property portfolio and follows ongoing testing work on the current Version 9 prototype.

The company has not announced a commercial deployment date, a named customer, a power-output figure, or external financing. The release contains no capacity figures, cost projections, or third-party validation of the technology's current performance.

Executive Chairman Brent Nelson said the filing could form the basis for roughly 300 additional patent applications as subsequent generations of the platform are developed. That figure is a management projection and is not independently verified.

A patent application protects a described design concept; it does not confirm that a working commercial system exists or that the underlying physics have been validated at meaningful scale.
